Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your Billing page, and your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for — no partial refund is issued for the remaining time in an active period.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through our contact page and we'll look into it.
One-off AI credit purchases are applied to your account immediately and are non-refundable once used.
